下载固件注意选择版本

解压full-x86-64-squashfs-efi.img.gz文件  
获得full-x86-64-squashfs-efi.img
 
使用StarWind V2V Converter制作esxi文件  
select the location of the image to convert  
选择Local file  
Source image  
选择full-x86-64-squashfs-efi.img文件  
Select the location of the destionation image  
选择Local file  
Select destination image format  
选择VMDK  
Select option for VMDK image format  
选择ESXi server image  
Select option for VMDK image format  
选择ESXI pre-allocated image  
Set destination file name
 
获得两个vmdk文件其中一个为引导文件
 
进入ESXI创建虚拟机，注意引导模式EFI 关闭安全引导  
注意配置文件
 
进入虚拟机修改IP地址 /etc/config/network 注意网关为爱快路由
